How old are the Gelinis?

The Gelinis know what it means to be responsible, but at the same time they love being free and having fun. It all fits perfectly together!
How long have the Gelinis been around?
topIn 1993 I drew for the first time a bear, which became the basis of the Gelinis as they are today: a gummibear with the typical chubby figure and a face.
It's quite simple, really, but so cute that many of my friends wanted more. Not just pictures but acrylic paintings then came about, establishing back then the typical Gelini look of today.
The Gelinis' personalities
topEach Gelini's character is directly related to his or her colour - each wouldn't be the same without the other!
This means that "DaBluu", whose favourite pasttime is dreaming, cannot be bright red. Bright red is "Rufus'" colour, which expresses his bursting with energy. The two Gelini girls "AnnaLinn" and "DiRikki" are rather more light and delicate in their yellow and blue. "FreuleinFrieda", the very first of the Gelini girls, is dynamic and this can be seen in her bright pink!
